The newest project of norwegian singer Ane Bjerkan and czech duo Deši (E. Zizkovska - clarinet, sax and L. Pilnaj didgeridoo,vocal) is bringing up an unique musical fusion. They search for the primal sound playing wind instruments – adding percussion and voices. Woven crystal voice, with roots of norwegian folklore, is singing on a carpet of light and airy downtempo rhytms of didgeridoo and architectonic sophisticated breaths of clarinets.
We introduce you the Opilon – our new album released in February 2013. Surprisingly we play there didgeridoo and baryton sax again, but this time the exploration goes much futher. With great contribution of our guests we reach remote lands, musical spaces in which we sinked to, coming up with new stories of rezonantions, movements and enjoyment. (...)
This album is our first, after several records we produced our songs, meeting point between clear mathematical structures and deep sound of low frecvences. We recorded it by natural way, together in one time, the structure of the songs is the same like in the concert, some places supports Jiří on the bass. We invited there also guitar player Robert, who helped us to realise many things and enriched our repertoir with his expression. You can listen also light Jakub’s fingers on darbuka. (...)
